The Legal & Compliance Team for Asset Management / Investments acts as an independent department that aims to prevent legal and regulatory violations from occurring, to ensure legal risks are mitigated and to promote a positive compliance culture within asset management client unit.
One of the key roles from our Compliance Team consists in monitoring. In this role, the compliance monitoring officer will be in charge of the implementation and maintenance of an effective compliance monitoring program as well as the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting on compliance risks.

In this role, the compliance monitoring officer will be in charge of the implementation and maintenance of an effective compliance monitoring program as well as the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting on compliance risks.

What you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the development and implementation of our Swiss compliance monitoring program, composed of controls, testing and quality assurance reviews
- Pro-actively identify actual and potential violations of regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and/or other high risk situations in a timely manner
- Contribute to compliance & regulatory projects, cooperate closely within the international compliance function
- Act as a key point of contact towards internal and external auditors
Educate Asset Management Employees on laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures

This is you:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Management and/or Financial Services
- Degree in Finance/ Economics, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience with Swiss and EU regulatory environments
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory developments
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving ability and flexibility to find pragmatic solutions
- Strong team player, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable to prioritize effectively and meet both fixed and shifting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent in German and English
