- Makes total productive maintenance plan for responsible areas, plans and controls budget accordingly
- Provides consultancy for the customer regarding design and implementation concerning MAE hook up
- Works with technicians and consultants to ensure the quality of work
- Class A building Electrical and Mechanicalsystem operation according to legal requirements and safety matrix definition to support new business development
- Utilizes building automation system to remotely troubleshoot median supply systems and thus support operation team
- Manages Electrical and Mechanicalsystems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement, and system upgrades including equipment selection and specifications, system design, layout, calculations, and design institute
- Communicates technical concepts/solutions to customers and gets the alignment
- Industry 4.0 implementation at FCM (facility management), e.g. connectivity of equipment, setup and efficient use of energy platform etc. Transparent energy consumption and energy costs
- Conduct energy audits to identify areas where efficiency can be improved and implement energy saving measures
- Develop and implement intelligent (actual demand based) building Mechanical Engineer system control technologies
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experienced with AutoCAD, Microsoft skill, Project management
- 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance, engineering for facility related systems
- With knowhow in facility technical area
- Fluent English skill
