- New business Development
- Send the S/L to approach FOB shipments.
- Follow up key Account to secure business.
- Pursue sales leads.
- Develop and implement a effective sales.
- Access customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customer for business growing.
- Work closey with O/P team to improve the quality of service to ensure customer satisfation.
- Develop long-team sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to ensure these opjectives are met.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities to meet targets.
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years in sales and Industry experience.
- Fluency English and Mandarin, Taiwanese.
- Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Able to handle Air/Ocean/Export /Import business.
- Computer knowledge - Power Point, Excel & Word, Email.
- Good understanding of Air/Ocean/Warehouse operation experiencedss
- Good in leadership, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Good Self-management, including planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution.
- Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
